The best time to set Reservations and Guarantee availability is 30 - 45 days in advance. The process is done by phone, fax or email. The student will also need to supply a current picture ID, a completed application and a small deposit to hold. Approximately $150 will be applied toward total cost of move-in. Any move-in specials that may apply at the time of reservation will be passed on to the student at the time of deposit to hold.
